Watch Those Wobblers On The Bike Leg

Use caution during the first miles of the bike leg in a triathlon. Many people get disoriented going from the swim (horizontal body position) to the bike (vertical body position) and start off on the bike riding very erratically, weaving across the road. Practice transitions to improve your skills. And in the race, be alert to cyclists around you, expect the worst and leave yourself an out so you'll be sure to finish.
