Improve Your Transition Times

A slow transition can cost lots of time. So practice smooth transitions. Lay out your bike and run gear in a grassy area, then go to the “start” a few yards away. Sprint barefooted into the transition area, put on your cycling gear and jog a few yards away with your bike. Then return, change into running gear and sprint back to the “start.”
