Chain Fix on the Fly

When the chain falls off, there's no need to get off the bike to put it back on. Almost always you can get it back on by simply shifting it back on. If you're going uphill when it falls off, you'll want to head downhill quick, make the shift, then head back. This trick works best if you pedal very gently as you shift.
