Beat Blisters

Blisters are caused by friction. To treat them, identify and correct the cause of friction. Make sure your shoes fit well and socks fit snugly and are clean and free of holes or ridges. Smear petroleum jelly over any developing "hot spots." Puncture a simple blister with a sterilized needle, carefully drain it, and cover it with a sterile dressing.
