Finish on a Full Stroke

Since competitive rules governing breaststroke and butterfly require a two-hand touch at every wall, try using your practice time to develop a sense for your distance to the wall and adjust your stroke so you don't "jam" your turns (swimming lingo for getting too close to the wall on a turn or finish). Refine your technique so you can finish each length in a fully extended position.
