Some Tips for the Flip

The freestyle flip turn can be a huge time-saver for the serious swimmer. It's also difficult to learn if you're new to the sport. Here are some things to keep in mind when performing your flip turn: Tuck your chin and "shorten" your legs by drawing them to your chest.
