Swimming Consistently

A good goal for any fitness or competitive swimmer is to maintain a consistent swimming routine. Try setting a specific distance goal during each workout and a minimum number of training sessions per week. An example: one mile a day (1650 yards or 72 laps in a 25-yard pool) four days a week.
