Let Those Hips Roll

When freestyling or backstroking, it is perfectly natural for your hips to rotate back and forth around an imaginary axis that runs the length of your body (imagine yourself on a BBQ skewer). Rotation of the hips and shoulders is a means of transferring forces between the arms and legs-- a consequence of the balance between pull and kick. So let `em roll!
