Smooth Swimming

Not gliding? Roll from side to side instead of swimming on your chest. Extend your left arm forward and glide on your left side, while your right arm recovers out of the water. Continue gliding like this until your right arm comes around and almost touches your extended left arm. As your left arm pulls through the water, roll onto your right side with your right arm extended.
