Hair Problems

Is your hair getting dry (or even green?!?!). Start by wearing a swimming cap. Latex caps often work best because they form a barrier between your head and the water. If your hair is really dry, wet your hair with fresh water before you swim, use conditioner (but don't rinse!), put on your latex cap, and proceed with your workout. The conditioner will help to protect your hair from the elements.
