Pec Stretch

To stretch your chest's pectoralis muscles, stand in armpit-deep water with your chest against the lane rope. Raise your right arm so your upper arm is parallel with and alongside the lane rope, with a 90-degree bend at the elbow so your fingertips are pointing straight up. Rotate your body to the left. Repeat several tiems, alternating sides for 20-30 seconds each.
