Swim Stretch

To extend range of shoulder motion and stretch your back, stand straight with both hands extended overhead as high as possible. Put right hand over left, locking left thumb around edge of right hand. All fingers should point up, with right wrist atop left wrist. Squeeze ears firmly between upper arms. Stand on your toes, squeeze butt cheeks together and contract abdominal muscles. Do at least twice and hold for 20-30 seconds each time.
