Tightness Cure

Some runners find that when they become tight during a run, it helps to stop and gently stretch. Sometimes it helps to contract the tight muscle very hard, then to relax, massage gently and stretch gently. Don't stretch too far. Other methods: light massage or walking for a few minutes.
