Ice is Every Athlete's Friend: Keep it Handy

One of the best cures for common aches after workouts is icing, but it's a pain doing it with cubes and plastic bags. A better way is to fill a few Styrofoam cups with water and place them in the freezer. With these at the ready, when you need to ice some achy body part, you can simply place a towel beneath you to catch drips and rub the ice cup on your body. As the ice melts, peel the cup to expose new ice.
