Sweat Gets in your Eyes

There's nothing worse than running, hiking or cycling with stinging sweat dripping off your forehead into your eyes. It fouls your sunglasses too, making it difficult to see. To prevent the sensation that you're exercising under a waterfall, wear an absorbent sweatband under your cap if you're running or walking or under your cycling helmet. On long workouts, carry a spare for when the first one becomes saturated.
