End Chafing

If you run or walk in hot weather, you may experience chafing between your thighs where your shorts rub against the tender skin on each step. To prevent this painful condition, choose shorts made of slick nylon that won't abrade the skin. Lubricate the skin with petroleum jelly. Some runners like baby powder liberally applied before each run.
