Safety when Solo

On long solo runs, hikes, or rides into the back country, always let someone know where you're going and when you plan to get back. If you're headed out for an extended trip, it might be worth toting along a cell phone to summon help. It's always safer to travel in groups of three. If one is hurt, someone can stay with the injured person while the other goes for help.
