Blister Buster

If you're having blister problems walking or running, try moleskin, an adhesive patch with a fuzzy surface that distributes pressure over a large area. It's available in the foot-care section of your pharmacy. Simply cut a piece a bit larger than the "hot spot" on your heel, cleanse the skin with rubbing alcohol so the adhesive sticks, and apply the moleskin carefully so it doesn't wrinkle.
