Mental Notes

In your training diary make a place for mental notations, right next to the physical data you record. The idea is to enrich your training by including, side by side, the mental, emotional, and spiritual happenings along with the physical. Writing these reflections reinforces the use of these mental skills and helps you to visit these reactions and feelings in the future and learn from them.
