Dixie Land

Many injuries require focal ice, in other words, icing directly on the painful spot. To make a great ice pack, fill a paper cup with water and put it in the freezer. When it's frozen, simply peel an inch of paper off the top of the cup and massage the painful spot with the exposed ice. You can re-use the cup of ice until it's all melted.
