Peas and Carrots

Need to ice a sore knee or Achilles tendon? Forget the hassle of filling a leaky plastic bag with ice. Simply use a bag of frozen peas or carrots from your freezer. They'll thaw in the perfect amount of time to apply ice. Then pop them back in the freezer for next time. Hint: mark the bag so you don't eat the veggies. If you thaw and refreeze them, they won't taste good.
