ID Yourself

Always carry identification when you run, walk, or ride. Even if you're only going out for 30 minutes, tote your wallet with medical ID cards. If you don't want to carry your wallet, stick a business card in a small plastic bag and put it in your jersey or shorts pocket. Don't forget to write current medical info like allergies on the back.
