Blister Prevention

Blisters are the bane of many athletes. To prevent them, wear shoes that fit. Make sure your socks don't have holes or wrinkles. Carry moleskin (from the foot care section of your supermarket) and put some on "hot spots" as soon as they appear. Finally, increase your mileage or playing time gradually to toughen your feet.
