Riding with Mirrors

You've probably seen other riders using a mirror, attached either to their helmet, glasses, or the bike itself. Mirrors are usually shunned by racers for reasons of tradition but they're extremely useful for checking behind you for traffic and keeping an eye on riding companions. Adjustment is critical, especially for helmet and eyewear-mounted models. Experiment in a safe parking lot until you get it right.
