Check Your Helmet Fit

Many novice riders wear their helmets too far back on their heads. The helmet should be down your forehead so there's only a two-finger-width space between your eyebrows and the bottom edge of the helmet. Adjust the straps so the helmet sits properly. Helmets that are tilted back too far don't provide sufficient protection for the head in the event of a crash.
