More Fun with a Friend

Riding with a friend makes training more fun. You'll have someone to talk to as you ride, and if you've already scheduled a time to ride with someone, it'll be easier to get out there on your bike in rain, wind, or on those inevitable days when you just don't feel like exercising. You'll also have help and moral support if you get a flat or develop a mechanical problem. Look for riding buddies at work or ask at your local bike shop or cycling club. Don't forget your Significant Other! Riding with someone you care for can make the quest for fitness even more meaningful.
