Toe Clips Have Got To Fit Too

Toe clips, those nylon or metal cages that hold your feet on the pedals, must fit your feet. Get the size that places the balls of your feet directly over the pedal axles while providing a bit of clearance at the front for the toes. If you can't find a clip that fits your feet, which is the case for people who have flippers for feet, try spacing out the toe clip by placing washers between the clip and pedal.
