Get Back, Way Back!

If you're new to mountain biking on rough trails, descents are scary. Keep your weight back-the steeper the descent, the farther back you need to position your hips until, on the gnarliest chutes, your butt will be behind the saddle. Weight to the rear means that if you misjudge the terrain, you won't go over the handlebars if you crash.
