Don't be a Sweat Head

Some cycling accidents happen because the rider is blinded by sweat dripping into his eyes or fouling the lenses of his glasses, compromising vision. You can't ride if you can't see! Keep perspiration out of your eyes by using an absorbent sweatband under your helmet. You may have to remove sizing pads from the helmet to make room for the sweatband.
