Fat Loss: The Bottom Line

To lose fat, you have to create a calorie deficit for the day. You can do this by adding on exercise of any type, eating less, or combining the two. Just be sure that by the end of the day you have eaten fewer calories than you needed! That way, you'll dip into the stored body fat and burn it for energy.
