Fat Calories vs. Carb Calories

When you eat food, you provide calories, or fuel to your body. But not all foods contain the same amount of calories. In fact, foods high in fat often contain twice the number of calories as an equivalent serving of carbohydrate-rich foods, so eat plenty of carbs and go easy on fatty foods.
