Low-fat Granola

Granola is tasty but most versions of this health-food fave are loaded with fat. To cut down on total fat consumed, sprinkle your favorite granola on top of other, low fat cereals. Granola on shredded wheat or Grape Nuts is an example. Think of granola as a topping rather than the main course.
