Two Kinds of Carbs?

Did you know there are two types of carbohydrate? Starch or complex carbohydrates are found in foods like cereal, grains, pasta, potatoes, corn, beans and rice. Your body can't break down the second type of complex carbohydrate, fiber. It passes undigested through the colon and is associated with reduced risk of coronary heart disease, colorectal cancer, gallstones and glucose intolerance.
