Hot climates are always a challenge, particularly because humidity can make such a difference in effort and potential danger. Try wearing white clothing that color reflects the hot sun better. Even lightweight, loose long-sleeved shirts can better reflect heat than bare arms. Try soaking a hat in water before wearing it, and punch some holes in it, so your body heat can better escape. Drink plenty of water before and after your workout, and don't be afraid to sweat. Sweat acts as your body's natural evaporative air cooler.
