Go Easy!

Here's an example of an easy training day: go a distance at least 1/3 your average daily distance. Warm up for five minutes at a very easy pace, then stretch. Only after you stretch should you start the aerobic exercise at an easy intensity. After your training session, cool down for 5 minutes and stretch again after the cool down.
