Food and Mood

What we eat and when we eat it can affect our moods, our minds, and our ability to work productively all day and sleep soundly at night. In turn, moods and other factors can affect our appetites and our food selection through the action of neurochemicals, chemicals in the brain that transmit information.

We have designed the self-assessment questionnaire below to see if your diet may be preventing you from feeling your best. Answer the questions to find out the reasons you may not be feeling your best, why you may have low energy at certain points of the day, or why you may have certain food cravings which may be causing your moods or lack of energy. Then find out how you can improve your eating habits in order to feel your best!
